Screen Saver Pictures: - Picture Messages can also be used as screen savers on the new Nokia 3310. The 3310 screen saver feature is based on the Nokia Picture Message format.
Any received Picture Message can be displayed as screen saver. The timer for the screen saver can be set to 5sec.-10min, meaning that when the 3310 has been idle or inactive for this user-defined length of time, the screen saver is activated. These days PCs have screen savers, but we expect this to migrate to mobile phones too, and the Nokia 3310 is the first and so far the only phone to allow this. E.g. a picture of a birthday cake to denote Happy Birthday or the invitation to a party
